สารส้มขุ่นผง Aluminium Sulphate 25 KG สารส้มเป็นเกลือเคมีประเภทหนึ่ง มีลักษณะเป็นผลึกสีขาวใสขุ่นเล็กน้อย ไม่มีกลิ่น ทนต่อสภาวะแวดล้อมและละลายน้ำได้ดี เมื่อสารส้มละลายน้ำจะทำให้ pH ลดลงแต่ยังปลอดภัยต่อการสัมผัส และสุขภาพของผู้ใช้งาน จึงนิยมใช้บำบัดน้ำในครัวเรือนหรือแหล่งจ่ายน้ำทั่วไป สารส้มนิยมใช้ร่วมกับสารเคมีชนิดอื่น เช่น Anionic polymer เพื่อลดประจุของสารแขวนลอยขนาดเล็กในน้ำโดยอาศัยการแตก ตัวของ SO42- ทำให้สารแขวนลอยเกาะกันเป็น ก้อนขนาดใหญ่และเกิดการตกตะกอน สารส้มมีหลายชนิดเช่น สารส้มน้ำ 8% สารส้มผงหรือก้อน 16%

Alum (Aluminium Sulphate)
Alum is a chemical salt with white crystals, slightly opaque, odorless, resistant to environmental conditions, and highly soluble in water. When the alum dissolves in water, it causes the pH to decrease but is still safe to the touch and the health of users, so it is commonly used to treat household water or general water supply. Alum is commonly used in combination with other chemicals, such as Anionic polymer, to reduce the charge of small suspended solids in water through the breakdown of SO42- causing suspended solids to accumulate and precipitate. There are many types of alum such as alum 8% (liquid) or alum 16% (powder/solid).
Advantage
1. No color and odor that is a special feature of alum.
2. Do not stain clothing because it does not contain creams and oils.
3. Safe and not absorbed into the body because alum causes negative ions, therefore cannot pass through the cell wall, as well as not toxic to the environment and does not destroy ozone.
4. It is durable to the environment and does not deteriorate at room temperature.
